General information
Orders placed before 2pm are available for pick up or delivery the following day (unless booked out prior!). Deliveries placed after 2pm will automatically go into delivery run for the next day after that unless alternative delivery date is selected. Local pick up is from Paradise SA 5075. Deliveries run between 9am-5pm Monday-Saturday. Delivery times can not be guaranteed.
Please ensure correct delivery details have been supplied and ensure recipient will be at the address. If no one is at supplied address by default delivery driver will leave your gift in a safe place. If no one is there and they can not access the front door (due to locked gate etc) or there is nowhere safe to leave it, your gift will automatically be returned to Sent with Love and pick up will need to be organised or a redelivery fee will apply.
Delivery is available for all suburbs within a 20km radius of Paradise SA 5075
What happens if I have selected the wrong delivery date or given an incorrect address?
If you have selected an incorrect delivery/pick up date or have accidentally given an incorrect address etc please email us immediately at hello@sentwithlovegiftboxes.com.au
It is your responsibly to check that all the correct information has been supplied at check out. If we are notified too late of a wrong address/date etc order will be processed as it was given and we will not be held responsible for order being sent to the wrong person or on the wrong day.
What happens if no one is there to receive the order?
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure someone will be available to receive the order.
In the event that the recipient or someone on behalf of the recipient isn’t there and there is no where safe to leave the delivery, or weather conditions do not permit (eg extreme heat) it will automatically be sent back to Paradise for pick up. Redelivery can be organised at an additional fee however please take into account shelf life of boxes is usually 24 hours.
Is pick up available?
Local pick up is available from Paradise SA 5075. If pick up option is selected at check out customer will be sent pick up details via email. Orders will be ready for collection between 4pm-6pm Mon-Fri and between 8am-10am Saturday. If an earlier pick up is required please email us at hello@sentwithlovegitfboxes.com.au to arrange an alternative time.
Is interstate delivery available?
Sweet boxes, cupcakes and everlasting floral arrangements are only available for local pickup or delivery within a 20km radius from Paradise SA 5075.
Non edible gift boxes can be shipped interstate via Australia Post.
