As a general rule our edible gift boxes should be kept in a cool environment out of direct sunlight, near heaters or in hot cars.  Donuts/cakes containing custard and/or cream should be stored in the fridge. Our products are best eaten within 24 hours. Please contact us at hello@sentwithlovegiftboxes.com.au if you are unsure how best to store anything.

Each gift box comes with the option to choose what is written on each cookie from a list of prefilled options. Eg congratulations, happy birthday, it’s a girl! etc. Personalised cookies are also available for an additional cost eg newborn baby’s name, age specific birthday cookies (ie. 21 today!, sweet 16 etc). Please note cookie fonts and colours may vary from what is pictured.

Personalised gift boxes require 48 hours notice. Please be advised that a proof will be sent for final approval before gift box is made.

We will always do our best to ensure that our products are sent out as described and pictured. However, in the event that a product is unavailable, products may be substituted and colours and flavours may vary at the discretion of Sent with Love Gift Box co.

Please note we use products that contain wheat, milk, soy, nuts and eggs. Goods baked on site may contain traces of any of the above.
